Integrating my Gym knowledge with Pilates I include adaptations of the original Pilates exercises with Resistance Bands, Pilates Balls, Foam Rollers and Trigger Point Balls in my classes.
Resistance bands are used for strength:
Pilates balls to work on balance and coordination
Foam Rollers for back and pelvic stability work.
Trigger Point Balls are used to massage the feet, lower back and shoulders.
Trial Class - only £10 before committing to a course!
Bascote & Southam Zoom classes run all year round with 2 week breaks after each course. During August/September there is a 3 week break between blocks of classes
